• Send price change alerts and account-related emails
• Enforce plan limits and trials
• Improve reliability and performance of the service

3. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell your data
• We do not show ads
• We do not track personal browsing behavior
• We do not scrape private or user-authenticated content

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate ProdWatchr:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscriptions
• SendGrid — transactional emails (login links, alerts)
• Hosting providers — application and database hosting

These providers only receive data required to perform their services.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• You may cancel your account at any time
• You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us
• We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service
