ProdWatchr is a competitor monitoring tool that tracks publicly accessible product pages and notifies users of changes such as price or availability.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information
• One account per user
• Abuse or misuse may result in suspension or termination

3. Free Trials & Billing

• ProdWatchr may offer a free trial
• After the trial ends, your subscription will be billed unless canceled
• Billing is handled securely via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time through your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse or overload the service
• Attempt to scrape non-public or restricted content
• Use ProdWatchr for unlawful purposes
• Circumvent usage limits or safeguards

5. Service Limitations

• ProdWatchr operates on a best-effort basis
• We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted service
• ProdWatchr is not responsible for business decisions made using alert data

6. Termination

• You may stop using the service at any time
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or violations
